- Corrosion protection to conform to ASTM A153 Standard – Hot Dip Galvanizing
Galvanizing forms a metallurgical bond between the zinc and the underlying steel or iron, creating a barrier that is part of the metal itself. The specification ASTM A153/A153M applies to hardware products such as castings, fasteners, rolled, pressed, and forged products, and miscellaneous threaded objects that will be centrifuged, spun, or otherwise handled to remove excess zinc.
- Seamless Tubes as per ASTM A 106 Grade B A500
ASTM A106 is Standard Specification for Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe for High-Temperature Service. A106– a similar pipe in chemical composition, intended for high temperature service (up to 750 Degrees F).
- Solid Steel Bar (RCS) per ASTM A29 with 90ksi minimum yield strength
These steel standards are helpful in guiding metallurgical laboratories and refineries, product manufacturers, and other end-users of steel and its variants in their proper processing and application procedures to ensure quality towards safe use.
- Bolt & Nuts as per SAE J429 Grade 8.
SAE J429 is the standard specification for inch-series steel bolts, screws, studs, SEMS screws and U-bolts in sizes up to and including 1-1/2 inches. They are generally manufactured from variants of medium carbon steel.
- Helix Plate: ASTM A36 or as per Indian Standard IS: 2062 Grade (E350)
India standard (IS) covers the requirements of Steel including micro-alloyed steel plates, sheets shapes & section. These steel applications can be in Automobiles, Fabrication, Infrastructure, General Engineering & Machine Building.
- T BRACKETS, JACKING PLATE & BRACKETS are manufactured as per customer’s requirements
